Directions to all away games.

Football Registration Form

All players must fill out a registration form and submit a birth certificate. The registration fee for 2011 is $130.00, plus a $20.00 equipment and uniform deposit.

Cheerleader Registration Form

All cheerleaders must fill out a registration form. The registration fee for 2011 is $80.00, plus a $20.00 uniform deposit.

Emergency Medical Form

All players and cheerleaders must have an Emergency Medical Form on file to participate with the T-Birds.
