The T-Birds Football Organization is based in Temperance, Michigan and is entering its twelfth season as a member of the Washington Junior Football League (WJFL), which is the second oldest youth football league in the United States. The T-Birds are one of three teams in Bedford Township -- the other two teams being the Lions and the Hornets -- and are comprised of youths in the southeast section of the township.
If you have any questions about the T-Birds, you can contact Greg Pisanti at (734) 847-8171.

Bedford Community Stadium
Chris Morris, former Bedford High and Michigan State standout, and currently a member of the Oakland Raiders, is conducting a youth football camp under the direction of new Bedford High School Head Football Coach Jeff Wood.
You will learn the basic fundamental skills in a safe and fun atmosphere. You will develop football fundamentals, basic skills, and offensive and defensive positions, allowing you to enter the season with more confidence and a better understanding of the game of football.
Hard to believe that it is almost time to start thinking football again! I want to thank everyone for making last seasona great one. I am always looking for interested parents and volunteers to get involved with the T-Bird Nation. If you would like to become more involved, please contact me as we are always looking for people to help maintain the field, organize volunteers, spirit wear and anything and everything in between.
Sign-ups for this season will be June 3rd and 4th at the Bedford Senior High School lobby from 6-8 pm each day. See you there!
Coach Pisanti
All families are required to volunteer during the season. On the day of equipment hand out, you must sign up for volunteer times. Parents must show for all volunteer duty or you will be responsible to pay for your child's banquet gift ($35.00)
You will not be scheduled to work in the concession stand during your child's game, so you should sign up for one of the other games.
In addition to helping our own organization, the WJFL requires us to provide volunteers to help at Field Day, sell line ads in the Field Day program, and sell tickets to the League Dance.
Each year, the T-Birds spend over $3000 to replace Cheerleader and Football uniforms and equipment. A $20.00 deposit is required for uniforms and equipment. All items must be returned clean and on time in order for your deposit to be refunded.
